All-on-X is a full-arch dental implant technique that replaces an entire upper or lower arch of missing (or failing) teeth with a fixed prosthetic bridge. Instead of placing an implant for every tooth, we strategically position a smaller number of high-quality implants—typically four to six or more per arch (the “X”)—to support a complete set of teeth.
The result is a permanent, non-removable smile that looks, feels, and functions like natural teeth. Unlike traditional dentures, All-on-X teeth are fixed in place, so there is no slipping, clicking, or need for adhesives.
