Josh Prather DDS, FAGD
Raised in the heart of Central Missouri, Dr. Josh Prather grew up as one of seven kids in rural Boone County near Rocheport. A proud Mizzou graduate, he earned a Biological Engineering degree with honors before completing his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at UMKC School of Dentistry, also with honors. Dr. Prather’s commitment to excellence shines through his extensive post-graduate training, including earning Fellowships with the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). His expertise spans from routine fillings to complex full-arch reconstructions with dental implants. Now back home in Central Missouri, Dr. Prather is dedicated to serving his community with top-tier dental care. He’s an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association, always staying at the forefront of his field. Married to his wife, Krista, Dr. Prather is a devoted father to their two daughters and son. When he’s not crafting confident smiles, you’ll find him exploring the outdoors—hunting, hiking, fishing, or running. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a transformative implant procedure, Dr. Prather’s passion for dentistry and patient care ensures every visit leaves you smiling brighter.

Teddy KK Rogers, DDS
I grew up in Minnesota, then came down to Missouri for college. I went to Truman State in Kirksville, where I met my husband, and so I ended up staying. My interests are wide-ranging: I studied Ancient Greece and Rome at Truman; earned a Master’s degree in interpersonal communication at MIZZOU; have played rugby with the Truman Bullets, the KC Jazz, and now the Columbia Black Sheep. I love geography, history, and crossword puzzles; and I miss the snowy winters of Minnesota! My favorite parts of dentistry include whole-body connections, prevention of disease, learning and teaching, and helping people feel more comfortable in the office.

Fulton is my hometown, graduating FHS in 2014 and attending Missouri College in 2015 for dental assisting. I earned my CDA in February of 2017. I started as a dental assistant for Fulton Dental in July of 2013 and loved all my interactions with patients while working chairside. I now work primarily with insurance/personal accounts for the office. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband Tyler, our daughter, our pup, Blu, friends, and family. I also enjoy watching our Kansas City Chiefs play, 4th of July, and Christmas! I can't wait to see your smiling face whenever you walk into the door!

I grew up in a military family and spent a lot of time moving all around the US, but College brought me to Westminster where I obtained an English degree. I quickly fell in love with this wonderful small town, and my amazing husband Josh. Josh grew up coming to Fulton Dental, and I joined the team in 2024. When I'm not working you will probably find me reading a book, playing video games, or building Lego!!!! The energy in the office gets me excited to come to work every day, and I can't wait to meet you!!!

Hey there, I am one of the dental assistants! I attended dental assisting school in 2018 and started at Fulton Dental in February of 2021. Fulton Dental has always been my "home" dentist as I had seen Dr. Rick since I was a child. Coming to work in the office I have always been so comfortable with has been a blessing! Outside of work, I am running around chasing my son and keeping up with my husband. We love the country lifestyle where we spend a lot of time outside and on the farm. I grew up in Callaway County, moved away for 8 years, and came back to Callaway County to reside with my family. It feels so good to be "home" and see familiar faces everyday. I hope to see you in the office someday for your dental needs. I can't wait to assist in helping your smile be perfect for you!

I live in Callaway County with my husband, Greg. We have two amazing children and are blessed with four grandchildren who bring endless joy to our lives. Outside of work, I treasure spending time with my family and creating lasting memories together.

I am from Callaway County and graduated from North Callaway High School in Kingdom City. I currently live in Calwood on my father’s farm. After high school, I attended Ozark Technical College in Springfield, MO where I earned my Associate of Science in Biological Clinical Science and certification in dental assisting. I started my career at a dental office in Columbia, MO before moving to Gray Duck Dentistry and now I’m proud to be a part of the Fulton Dental Center Team as Dr. Teddy and Dr. Josh have joined forces. I truly enjoy working in the dental field, meeting patients, and building relationships to last a lifetime.
In my free time, I help take care of the livestock on our farm. I have my own cows, horses, chickens, and one duck named Darla. I also have a three-year-old fur baby, Sable Rain. She’s an Aussiedoodle and is spoiled rotten!

I recently joined Fulton Dental Center in May of 2025 after graduating from State Technical College of Missouri. At State Tech I obtained my CDA and EFDA. I currently live in Pike County and enjoy spending time outside on our family farm. I am excited to start my career and bring my passion for dental care to this great community. I started with Fulton Dental Center in July 2020. I graduated from State Fair Community College in 2018. I was born, raised, and reside here in Fulton with my husband Bryce and our son Wade. In our free time you will find us enjoying the outdoors, going to concerts and listening to music, and eating good food! I am so excited to provide dental hygiene care to my hometown community!

I received my degree from State Fair Community College. I am originally from Jefferson City but currently reside just south, near Eugene. When I am not working, you'll find me spending time outdoors with my husband, Derek or shopping the aisles of Target with our two young boys, Miles and Nolan! I am very excited to serve the Fulton community and get to know our patients and their families. My goal is to make the dental appointment as comfortable as possible with the best outcome each and every time!

I am from Audrain County but currently reside in Callaway County. I graduated from Dental Hygiene school at Ozarks Technical Community College in the Spring of 2023! Before that, I went to dental assisting school where I worked as an Orthodontic Assistant. I love all things teeth. In my free time I enjoy watching football (Go Chiefs) and doing puzzles. My goal is to provide a comfortable and safe environment where you enjoy coming to get your teeth cleaned! I look forward to meeting you!

I joined Fulton Dental Center in June 2021. I graduated from North Dakota State College of Science in 2015 where I received my dental hygiene degree. I am an active member of the Missouri Dental Hygienists' Association and am currently serving on the Board of Trustees. I live in Williamsburg with my husband Travis and our two little kids, Beau and Cheyenne. Outside of work we enjoy spending time hunting, fishing, and visiting with family and friends. I grew up in Callaway County and am grateful to be part of our office providing excellent dental care to our community.

Hi, I'm one of the Hygienists. I'm originally from Alaska but Missouri has been my permanent home since 2002. I've been practicing Dental Hygiene for over 12 years. I try to be upbeat, positive, and maybe a little silly during appointments to help ease people's nerves. I love working with kids and the elderly. Making people laugh while educating is my happy place.
Since 2018 I've been with Dr Teddy, who has now merged with Dr Josh. I'm very excited we have increased our dental family and I look forward to meeting all the new faces.

I have been a practicing dental hygienist for over 35 years. After receiving my hygiene degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, I worked briefly at the Lake of the Ozarks before landing my career hygiene job at Fulton Dental Clinic in 1993. I have been fortunate to share my career path with Dr. Richard Omohundro and now Dr. Joshua Prather. Over the years, I have developed such a great relationship with my patients that I now consider them great friends. I have seen generations of smiles at our dental clinic and looking forward to seeing more! Outside of work, my husband and I own a specialty store called Cotter Pin Cellar in Jefferson City. I enjoy antiquing, repurposing furniture, boating and spending time with our sons, Bryton and Conner. I am going to share one of my favorite quotes "You've never seen it all. There will always be something left of yourself and of the world to discover. Our time is limited, let's not waste it."- Mike Horn. In life and in my profession, I am always learning how to improve my life and my patients' lives.

Hi! My name is Kaleigh! I grew up in Callaway County and graduated from North Callaway High School. I attended the Dental Hygiene Program at State Fair Community College in Sedalia, MO, where I graduated in May 2025. I have been a part of the team at Fulton Dental Center since 2022, working as a Dental Assistant.
I am passionate about encouraging and supporting patients in achieving and maintaining a healthy, confident smile. I enjoy helping people improve their overall oral health and feel more comfortable in the dental chair.
Outside of the office, I love staying active—whether it is walking, running, or doing hot yoga. I also enjoy watching movies, attending concerts, spending time with my friends and family, and hanging out with my Australian Shepherd, Oakley.
